🌍Same rights in every country

We apply one standard to all users, wherever you live. Without needing to cite a specific law, you can:

RightWhat it means
AccessAsk what personal data we hold about you.
CorrectionAsk us to fix inaccurate data.
DeletionAsk us to delete your account and data.
PortabilityExport your vault items at any time.
ObjectionObject to or limit processing where applicable.
No discriminationUsing these rights never changes the service you get.

These match the core principles of major data-protection laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and similar. If your local law gives you more rights, those still apply.

🍪Cookies & local storage

Z Pass uses essential storage only: to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. You choose once in the cookie banner, and we remember your choice.

🔗Third-party services

We rely on infrastructure and payment providers, for example Firebase for sign-in and data storage and a payment processor for subscriptions. They process data to provide their service under their own terms and privacy policies.

🗑Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data except what we must keep for legal, security or accounting reasons, and then only for as long as required.

👪Children

Z Pass is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). A parent or guardian should manage any account used by a child, for example through a Family plan.
